“Just an update on this. If you see below I was supposed to be contacted by GM D’ Ante yesterday. That never happened! I am not surprised! To be clear, there was no miscommunication on our part. We had proof what we paid for an there was at least 3 people who witnessed the managers rudeness and her unprofessional attitude. Love the automated responses that are posted. My daughter who booked the party got the same one. She actually emailed D’Ante after the party an he replied he would reach out to her first thing Monday morning. That didn’t happen either! Clear to see they don’t care about their business! If you’re looking to book a party, don’t go here! Save your money an book at a place that cares! Was there today for Birthday party. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We ordered extra pizza a soda back in March when party was booked. Had to ask 3 times for the extra stuff and it didn’t arrive until after party was over. Went to pay a complained about no free cookie cake delivered an also about pizza a drinks not being delivered on time. Manager was very rude a said she watched us order the extra stuff when we arrived which was a lie. Showed proof on the phone when we booked it. She did credit the pizza back but still no free cookie cake! Very unfriendly managers a very unprofessional. Paid a lot of money for this party and had several guests. They were looking for venues for Birthday parties too and know now that it won’t be here! Very disappointed a very rude people to deal with after spending that much money!”

“Extremely disappointed with this Urban Air. We have been to multiple parties in the past at this location and were very pleased. So when we booked my daughter’s 9th Birthday party we were so excited. When we booked back in March we booked the ultimate party, we added on additional items 2 extra pizzas and 2 pitchers of drinks. Party perks bundle (which was to include a cookie cake, grab bags, a tshirt for the birthday girl and jump pass to return) we did NOT receive one item listed above. Our party was scheduled from 1-3, at 2:30 I went to the front to ask about the pizzas we received 2 at 2:40, I explained we ordered 2 more and 2 drink pitchers at the beginning of our party and again after the first 2 pizzas were delivered . Drinks were delivered at 2:50 and last 2 pizzas at 3:05. AFTER the party. When speaking with the manager she told me I was lying that i ordered the extra stuff when I arrive that she saw me. So I pulled up my email confirmation, multiple times to show her. She was extremely rude and said nothing she could do about the party perks extras.. all she would do was credit us the 2 pizzas that arrived late. I missed watching my daughter play as i had to stay in the party room to apply wrist bands and pass out socks. I also had to return to front desk multiple times to request socks, wrist bands, cups, plates and forks. My party guests were upset as well and stated they would never return to this location, which was extremely embarrassing for myself after paying the amount of money we did for my daughters party!!! What was supposed to be a fun stress free party was an absolute disaster. *would also like to add staff children were back in the concession area where the food was being prepped. One small child under the age of 2 came out of the concessions and was in our party room.. and was grabbing at our cake. Very unprofessional and definitely against health standards having staff children in the food area!!”
