The theater has comfortable reclining seats and is clean and cozy, with clean restrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. The picture quality is good, but the volume could be louder. One downside is that pre-movie ads can be very long. I went for a movie scheduled at 4 pm, but it didn’t start until 4.30 pm.

“I think it is a great experience, it makes you feel very special dining in. I mean, as you can imagine prices are crazy and add up fast, but still you don't need to order anything, and drinks are unlimited which I always appreciate. Theater was weirdly hot though, but it is summer.”

“Nice downtown chicago vibes in slightly hidden mall in the heart of the loop. Great for tourists or a relaxing day to yourself. Good food drinks and friendly staff. Comfortable reclining chairs are a plus. Not much traffic during weekdays. Ordering is mostly digital and I did wish i could do it at my seat instead.”
