🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids ages 2 and up who want a structured skating environment beyond a seasonal pop-up rink. The dual-rink setup means public skate sessions rarely feel crowded. Families with hockey-playing kids can watch league games from the stands. Figure skating learners of any age can access private coaching.

“Great place to play hockey and skate! The staff are great, but a couple of them in particular are great! One person that really stands out is the guy who drives the Zam Brady C. Let me tell you, I have never seen a better employee in all of my days. He has heard the complaints about the locker rooms and the other day when I showed up to my men’s league game, I caught him chiseling away at the wall to make more space!! So far I can tell there is a difference, much more roomy. He always goes above and beyond. He also is a great teammate. One time I watched him take the puck from one end of the ice and skate through tons of people just to pass it to the much worse skater #92 to score. He easily could have scored, but he’s not in it for the glory. At first I didn’t know who it was, but it quickly dawned on me, who else but Brady? Though he may be the shorter of the Bradys who work at the Apex Ice Arena, I believe he embodies what the Apex Ice staff is all about!”
