“For my dad’s birthday this year, we decided to try something new and chose axe throwing as our activity. We picked a location that was the midpoint between my home in Connecticut and my parents’ home in New York City. We couldn’t have chosen a better place than Banana Cabana! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a staff member (I wish I had caught her name) who greeted us with a big smile. She gave an excellent demonstration on how to properly throw an axe, let us practice a few rounds, and provided helpful tips on positioning our arms and legs for the best results. The venue had a great drink menu with plenty of options, including non-alcoholic beer. We also loved the variety of games available—Battleship was a favorite! Another fun touch was the TouchTunes music system, where we could purchase credits and play our favorite songs. We definitely took advantage of that! Overall, we had an amazing time and will 100% be returning if we’re ever in the area again.”

“Went with a couple of friends, and it was a lot of fun. We did an hour of axe throwing, and with the reservation, there was a discount for the arcade card. Arcade area was small but it was still worth it. Each game was 8 credits, which was not bad. The only thing was that they don't serve food, just snacks, which was fine because we only did one hour. Overall, it was fun. The staff were great. We would definitely go back again.”

Price is reasonable, drinks are good quality. Customer service was WONDERFUL!!! We were assisted by John. Super down to earth, chill, very knowledgable.! “It was our first time for our friend’s birthday before our dinner reservation. Didn’t think I’d need to hold a 6pm slot because so many were available at 4 when I checked so I’d HIGHLY recommend reserving one for a weekend. Luckily a group was running late and we took their spot. Wish their bar had ice.”
