Well today I had my daughters 14th birthday here (newrochelle) the ages ranged from 19 to 1 and everyone had a great time , the place was nice and clean the crowd was there just to have fun but I want to send a special shout out to one of the workers even tho there were many workers who were great this one particular host went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great day ( I forgot my knife to cut the cake , I forgot tape I forgot candles I forgot everything in my rush to get out the house ) and this host had everything I couldn’t believe made my day much easier so thank you so so much Raqayyah u r the reason I am booking at this same location for my daughters 2nd birthday and I really hope u are my host for that YOU WERE THE BEST

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Exceptional Service from Isabella! I hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Sky Zone, and Isabella was an absolute powerhouse from start to finish. She was attentive, proactive, and fully engaged with the kids the entire time. We didn’t have to ask for a single thing she anticipated every need and handled the party like a true customer-experience MVP. The kids adored her energy, and the adults noticed her professionalism. Isabella made the entire event seamless, stress-free, and genuinely fun. She elevated the whole experience, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend requesting Isabella if you want your event to run like a well-oiled machine. She’s amazing.”

“ASK FOR JEN 💜 Greeted when we walked in by Jen. She was great! Thank you for being so quick and efficient. She knew right away what the best rate was for us. Kids were excited. I paid $82 for two memberships but also you get 2 free buddy pass for the day and 20% drinks & food, it wasn’t bad since we’re a family of 4.”

“A very child/family friendly place. It was clean and safe. The attendants were accommodating and efficient and pleasant. Skyzone is relatively easy to get to and there is a parking garage across the way. I highly recommend it. My grandson had his seventh birthday party at here.”
