“★★★★★ 5 stars Huge thank you to the Brooklyn Children’s Museum for offering FREE military admission — that’s a real, tangible value-add for service members and families, and it did not go unnoticed. I visited today (Wednesday) from 10:45 AM to 2:15 PM, and the overall experience was smooth and well-run. The museum is set up for actual engagement — not just “look but don’t touch.” Everything feels intentionally designed to keep kids curious and moving, while still being educational. A few highlights from our visit: The animal exhibits were a major win — getting an up-close look at the large snake was genuinely impressive, and the turtle tank was mesmerizing to watch. The interactive “measure your height” station was simple, fun, and oddly satisfying (great little hands-on moment). The world map display connecting Brooklyn, USA to Trinidad & Tobago was a cool way to make geography and culture feel real and personal. Bottom line: welcoming staff, strong programming, and a family-friendly experience that delivers on its mission. We’ll absolutely be back. “Spent the day at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum and honestly, I loved it! 🧡 It’s such a wonderful place where kids can explore, learn, and play at the same time. They can pretend to be a pizzaiolo 🍕, shop at a mini grocery store 🛒, or dive into exhibits about Chinese, Caribbean, and African cultures 🌍. There’s even a water play area, a pretend subway station, 🚇, they can draw, and a photo booth to take home a fun memory 📸. Highly recommend it, it’s creative, educational, and my kid had the best time! ✨”

“Very interesting and varied sensory experience fir children. Staff is patient and helpful. The best playroom for winter days although they also have a great outside area for days of nice weather. All activities are very international and celebrate many cultures.”
