âI enjoy bringing my son because he has a lot of fun and we have the monthly membership but some of the staff is horrible to deal with. Some of the young ladies have terrible attitudes and act like you're a terrible inconvenience when you ask for something or go to place an order.â

âNot happy. Another child grabbed the Slide Up game handle as my grandson was going to play it. The handle snapped forward pinching my grandson. Accidents happen. But to be told there is no first aid kit on the property, just a box with four bandaids in it. That is not acceptable. My grandson was pretty bummed to leave because even after the cashier promising, Chuck E. Did not come out to wish him a happy birthday. Going to find somewhere else for the next grandchilds birthday.â
