“I'm not sure if Cinépolis pioneered the dine-in theater trend, but they certainly have been doing it right for a long time. The whole place feels premium. Now, this comes with a price tag, but it is markedly better than the big chains (even though many now offer recliners and menus as well). The food here is surprisingly good. I had a chicken tikka masala pizza! The popcorn is actually prepared and served for you fresh, so it's evenly buttered and not stale. The chairs are comfortable and extremely spacious. They're kind of arranged in pairs, so if you go with one other person, you feel like it's just the two of you, not crowded by other people. It might be a little uncomfortable to go solo. The screens are fine - this is certainly not an immersive IMAX situation, but they get the job done. Be prepared to pay a little more; I won't go see every movie here. But for a special occasion it's a fun option.”

“Just checked out this luxury movie theatre and had a blast. The place is super comfy and laid-back. The bartender, Bill, made our day. He was super friendly, knew his stuff, and made the whole night feel way more fun. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend if you want a chill but classy night out.”

“Very comfortable leather seats. Adjustable to recline. Went there on a not busy day of the week. Get there early so waiter can take your order for the food if you prefer. Check their menus. So far very pleasant staff. Will go back of course”

“I went to a matinee yesterday at Cineopolis In Westlake Village. I was at the counter buying a ticket to the matinee and there were two high school seniors standing to get their tickets. They wanted to go into a movie which was PG-13 or maybe rated R I’m not sure… There was very little worry on the age of the students. They were friends of my daughter‘s friend. I jumped in and said OK I’ll be there sponsor in the theater that’s rated R. We all went in. I told the kids to go up upstairs and sit wherever they want and I would be sitting in the front row of the balcony.. The manager apparently didn’t think that that was appropriate and pulled the kids out of the theater halfway through! What a complete jerk they came straight to my row and said they’re kicking us out and I walked out too… I told the manager that it was wrong, what they did that I was sponsoring those kids, and they were with me and legally they are allowed to be in there, but he thought he was Superman… And he was going to save the day and save those children’s mind and soul! He was such a jerk. I told him that I wasn’t happy and they got a refund but I did not! I told the manager that I was going to file a complaint… He called the security. The police officer in the mall came to write a report against me! I’ve never been so humiliated in my life and it was so stupid. I’ll never go to cinepolis ever again, but I also will not stop posting negative reviews because they don’t deserve any positive reviews… The manager should be fired. I was there just this past Saturday.”
