Very cute area with calm water, no real waves. We had a quiet experience on a Friday afternoon and left before sunset. There wasn't trash floating around, the restrooms had soap, working sinks & 3 toilet stalls. No vendors walking around, smaller groups of families. There is a small playground, sand had a slight mud feel, not great for sand toys. You can take small rafts & floats. Life guard on duty at specific hours.
