The customer service was very good and Savanna helped us relocate a knee and brought us ice without us even needing to ask and helped her to the car
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 7 and up who can participate in team-based missions. Multiple combat-style arenas let different age groups find their level — Nerf suits younger kids, gel blasters appeal to teens. Walk-in access removes planning friction for spontaneous visits.

“Stumbled into this gem on spring break with my kids, nieces and nephew. We were looking for something to do with the rain coming down hard and elected to check this place out. Man, are we glad we did! The kids loved the laser tag and even got me to try the nerf war and gel blasters! The game master/ref (Isaiah) was particularly awesome, and my kids mentioned how much fun he made it! Other good experiences are the mini bowling and axe throwing - Where you can sign your name on the wall if you get a high enough score! A real motivator for the kids and kept their focus. We ended up spending about 4-5 hours here on a rainy day. The entire staff was wonderful, the place is clean. And a real gem for Fort Wayne! I see there is a location in Indianapolis, and I'll have to check it out when I get home! A++++ Full recommendation/endorsement! Isaiah rocks!”

“I’m giving four stars because we did enjoy our time here, but did have a not so fun experience. We enjoyed our time in the laser tag arena and the arcade games! My children wanted to do the nerf guns so we gave it a try. There were some teenage boys in there with us that were just absolutely unreal. Before we even went in, the employee that was in there was going to allow these boys to take three guns in with them. Right after he clearly told everyone it’s one unless you have a small one and then you can grab two. After that they were being rude and making comments to us and our children. Not playing correctly, but telling my children they needed to do it correctly. So we walked out of the game before it was over. The lady at the front desk was very nice and listened when I explained it to her. She did give us some arcade time even though it definitely wasn’t expected.”
