“My family attended a birthday party here on April 3rd and it was excellent. Billy made our party feel welcomed and she went above and beyond to make sure that all of the kids had fun during lazer tag (even gave the birthday child an extra powerup). We even had some extra kids that were too little to play lazer tag and they all had fun in the arcade. Customer service was excellent and above and beyond, even when super busy. Would 100% recommend this place for any family fun!”

“I highly recommend this location! Robin was especially kind and welcoming. She made sure we had the best time and was very quick to get an arcade game back working for us that had paused mid-play. My boys had a very fun time and we are sure to be back again. 🙂”

“I visited today at 11:00 a.m. with my husband and three grandsons, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our experience. The staff member on duty was consistently discourteous toward both myself and my grandchildren. At the check-in counter, he appeared impatient while I was retrieving our ticket barcode, tapping his fingers in a manner that conveyed irritation. Although I chose to overlook this behavior, the interaction set an unwelcoming tone. During the mission briefing, the same employee addressed my eight-year-old grandson in an unnecessarily harsh manner. While my grandson was standing quietly and listening, the staff member raised his voice, demanding that he pay attention and then instructing him to repeat the rules back. My grandson complied appropriately, yet the tone used was inappropriate for a child who was behaving respectfully. Additionally, the staff member made dismissive remarks toward another grandson regarding a video game he mentioned, which was both unprofessional and unwarranted. When my daughter arrived shortly after opening, she was also treated rudely for not moving quickly enough up the stairs. Furthermore, when one of my grandsons needed to use the restroom during the activity, the attendant again responded with visible annoyance. At all times, my grandchildren were well-mannered, quiet, and respectful. They were not disruptive in any way that would justify such treatment. This experience was deeply disappointing. Staff interactions should be courteous and especially mindful when engaging with children. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be returning.”
