“I was only there for a short 10 minutes. Saturday little after 3pm. There are parking around the park. 2 entrance but one was locked. Weather felt like 80+. Most areas has shades and benches to rest. Water sprinkles in the water play area were on too cool off. Playground is filled with sand. Many different activities for kids to play. Park doesn't allow dogs. Restroom was open. There is a basketball court but I was press on time to visit that side. Overall my impression was great.”

Overview
Cutter Mill Park centers on a sand-surface playground with water hand pump stations and sprinkler areas for warm-weather cooling. Mature trees provide dense shade across most of the play area, keeping the space cooler than open parks during summer months. Bathrooms are on-site. Street parking surrounds the park — no dedicated lot — and one of the two entrances can be found locked.
