All inclusive! Everything was provided. Souch to do in one beautiful place. Booked all my experiences early so I could time them to my liking and arrived early.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families seeking a premium, unhurried nature-focused day. Dolphin swims have minimum age and height requirements — confirm before booking. Young children particularly love the aviary. Book as far in advance as possible; daily capacity sells out weeks ahead during peak season.

â„šī¸ What to Know Before You Go

💡Book your dolphin swim time slot early in the day to front-load the main experience and relax afterward
⏰Avoid renting daybeds — multiple reviewers report they are uncomfortable; standard lounge chairs are complimentary
đŸŽŸī¸Confirm dolphin swim age and health requirements at booking — restrictions apply for young children and pregnant guests

“DO NOT RENT THE DAYBEDS. We paid $150 for the most uncomfortable chairs in the world. There is literally a bar that sticks right in your back. Everyone around us confirmed they had the same. Not relaxing at all. The dolphin swim was pretty standard. Walk out, pet the dolphin, pose for an overpriced photograph, get a 3 second pull through the water and you're done. The last river has no current. You spend 90% of the time walking. The other 10% swimming awkwardly with the float thing. It's very pretty but not enjoyable. All the staff we talked to agreed. With what it cost to get in here you would think a current was in the budget. The grand reef is a sea of floating life jackets. So many people in there. We left after a few hours. It's not the relaxation oasis people claim it is. Unless you live in a war zone I guess. Then yes, the no current lazy river, overcrowded get kicked in the face by some kid reef and the metal bar in your back expensive daybed MIGHT be relaxing.”
