“Had my daughter's birthday party here. Shout out to Gym Dylan who runs and excellent Gym while who helped us pick the perfect package and was excellent in communication the entire time. Day of the part Dennis was the GM in charge and was great with some extra and last minute help and came through in the best way possible after a miscalculation on my part and he handled it with Poise and Professionalism. Miranda was our host with the most. She kept the party flowing was great getting everyone checked in waivers signed and got the kids jumping. Would definitely do a party here again in the future. Great job great staff great facilities. Thank you flight for making our daughter's day extra special”

“Fun place to take kids especially in the winter weather. Saturday has a kids 6 & under hour which is nice especially for little ones before the big kids come in who can be a bit more rowdy. Recommend buying tickets and signing the waiver online beforehand to make entry smoother. With more than 1 kid it can become a bit harder to keep track of where they are. Would be nice if they had a system like chuckecheese where you had to show your invisible stamp matches your child’s before leaving - just for peace of mind!”

“I was there today for my son's birthday "6 7" party. 10/10 would recommend having a party here. No complaints on my end. Spacious, affordable and plenty to do. Our host, Giana was outstanding—very professional, attentive, friendly, helpful, and kept things running smoothly the whole time. She did a great job and made everything really easy for us. “Overall we had a great experience, but our host forgot to put our balloons in the party room #2. We didn’t notice until the day after when we were looking through video and pics. However, the assistant manager was able to rectify that. Overall, my guest were happy overall. The timing paid for was good as well. The only other feedback I would provide is it was a bit hot and sweaty smelling when we walked in. I understand it’s cold outside, so I’m not sure how to combat that, however, if there was a way to have something smelling good blow as you walk in to prevent the scent of sweat when you come all the way in, may help. Overall, the host did great outside of the missed decorations. We will be back! 😊”
