1 / 3Grant Park Skating Rink
π Hewlett, NY
Small outdoor skating rink perfect for beginner skaters and nervous kids. Parents love the friendly service and less intimidating size, though ice conditions can be variable.
I went to the sticks and pucks there and wow was it amazing also there were some idiots going on the frozen lake which is just absolutely crazy do they know how dangerous that is so BH someone who worked at the rink he yelled at them and potentially saved their lives
π Family Action Verdict
Best suited for beginner skaters and families with children who want a smaller, less intimidating rink experience. The outdoor setting adds charm but comes with variable ice conditions. Parents should be prepared to accompany nervous beginners and check equipment carefully before skating.

βNot a large rink, but great for beginner. Hope they have something to hold on for beginners as well. My six year old is afraid to go in without anything to hold on. So I ended up getting myself an entry to go with her. While my 12 year old went off with her friends, while grabbing onto the rail.β

βTeens amd tweens goes here with friends, lots of families, skates need updating otherwise cute facility. They will give you skates that are unsafe and have broken laces that don't go all the way up the ankle so check your skates.β
