“Really loved all the family friendly events and experiences. Enjoyed the buffet but did not appreciate that the tip was auto added to one of our bills. We had 6 people which auto adds tip but we split the bill. They neglected to tell us they added the 27$ tip on the one bill. And the lady stood at my side while I was filling out my receipt. Super akward. Seemed kinda shady not telling us about the auto tip on the one bill, seems they where hoping to really bank on tips on us. Expensive gift shops not to many options for a cheaper budget. So if you dont have the extra 100-200 dont bother taking ur kids in. 30$ for a bubble wand seemed a little excessive. They could hire some more cleaning people as well. The first day we saw 3 different poops. But didnt see any cleaning staff making rounds anywhere. But other wise its a really nice family water park and we enjoyed are stay and hopefully will get to go again.”

“Resort had quick check in process. Room was clean and balcony had a great view. We immediately went to the water park after checking into room. When compared to Great Wolf Lodge in Perryville, MD, the poconos location was not as enjoyable. The layout of the water park was confusing, the crooked creek (lazy river) was so shallow that we felt like we were crawling around. The general layout of the resort was not ideal. The arcade, water park entrance, golf and bowling were all on the lower level versus all straight forward when you walk in (like MD location). While in the water park, the lines for the slides were extremely long and slow moving. When we got to the top we realized that there was only one employee handling four slides. Getting the large tubes, having guest step on the scale, ensuring safety, it all took a lot of time for him. When we went to get ice cream, the line was again, very long. Only one girl was working behind the counter. The resort was okay but we definitely will be going back to the Perryville, MD location next time.”
