Kids had so much fun during our 3 night stay. Highly recommend the "VIP all the way" option - Emerald Lounge was great and Marquan and Antre took care of everything we needed - shout out to them both for amazing customer service! Water parks were clean and had appropriate sections for our 2 and 6 year olds. Arcade was fun. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only wish we could have done the outdoor parks but they weren't open yet. Place is huge. My daughter wants to tell you she got two prizes from the arcade. Wow.
