“Outstanding customer service!! So this was our first time and we had no prior experience with the place. We arrived for our 4pm birthday party on a Saturday and it was extremely crowded and hectic at first. The facility was at capacity (which is 110 climbers). This made checking in a take a while. It was not very organized in the beginning, we didnt know where to go or what to do. BUT once everything settled in we were EXTREMELY impressed. As time went on it got more calm with less and less people. Our host Louis was excellent!! And management really went out of their way to ensure everything was going well for us. We were approached numerous times by attentive staff and managers.The kids and adults from our party all had a great time. We will definitely be back and all of the people from our party said the same thing! Really exceeded our expectations!”

“This place is amazing. It can seem very overwhelming when you walk in and it’s busy, it is a lot of go at your own pace and do your own thing but there are staff around if you need help. I saw a boy get scared and not want to continue on the obstacle course and a staff member went out and helped encourage and coach him through it to the end! Was so inspiring to see 🥰 Note: parking is hard to find, plan to arrive early to find a spot so you don’t walk in late for your booked climb session.”

“I took my family to Hapik, and we all had a fantastic time! My kids, ranging in age from 2½ to 13, loved every minute of it - and so did I. The staff was very friendly, and the attractions were easy for kids to operate while still being super fun and exciting. They would’ve stayed another hour if they could! I highly recommend checking it out - it’s a great place for kids to stay active and have a blast.”
