A quiet, well maintained playground. With multiple sections for toddlers, older children, and an exercise section for adults. There is also a basketball court and picnic tables in the back of the playground where there is a short, winding path through a clean lawn, dotted with massive oaks. However, there is no bathroom so visitors should be prepared for that. All in all, the park is a delightful part of the neighborhood, and the renovation in 2020 really cleaned it up.

“Since the latest renovation it's been awesome. Something for most age groups, including a basketball court and outdoor fitness space. The sprinklers are of course a life saver in summer too. Nice and close to Ft. Tryon park for a picnic after play. No toilets though, closest are in the park underneath the old New Leaf restaurant.”

“Good outdoor pull up bar(s), but unfortunately the bar is a little bit thicker than usual. However parallels for dips are very good. Overall such a good park.”
