Jump Jungle Kids Indoor Playground

“I happened to see a one-star review from about a week ago that included photos of a completely different playground, so I wanted to leave my own review. We’ve been coming here for years, and this playground is definitely not dirty — it is clean, well maintained, and the employees are friendly. My kids really enjoy this fun and safe indoor playground. It has wonderful play structures, along with additional toys and play areas that are great for young toddlers. There is also ample seating and space for parents to sit down and get some work done. I highly recommend this playground.”

“Depending on the age of your child it’s $9.99 or $15.99. Have to bring socks or buy them there. They provide sandals and you should wear them into the bathroom. This indoor playground is mostly Asian kids around 3-5 years old. There’s a toddler zone. Two merry go rounds and a trampoline section with two trampolines. Parking might be tougher later in the afternoons since there’s a bar, sushi restaurant and gun store in the same plaza.”

“Went for a play date! It was free from 9:30-10:45 am after that it closes just for parties. All the parents were super friendly everybody was watching their kids great environment. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are super clean. Would I visit again yes I would!”

“I was very disappointed with our experience at Jump Jungle Kids Indoor Playground in Hacienda Heights. The first thing we noticed was how dirty the mats were throughout the play area, which was especially concerning because they strictly do not allow shoes and require everyone to wear socks. If shoes are not allowed, there is really no excuse for the mats to be in such poor and unsanitary condition. On top of that, there were visible safety hazards, including exposed metal pieces popping out of certain areas, which is extremely dangerous in a place meant for young children who are running, climbing, and falling. To make matters worse, some of the equipment is clearly broken, including a Little Tikes car that was still out on the floor despite being damaged. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and obvious safety issues made this playground feel unsafe and poorly managed. I would not recommend this place to parents who are looking for a clean and secure environment for their kids.”
