“Thank you so much for such a fantastic experience and party at Jump Town USA. From the initial booking of the party to follow up after the party, you have made everything easy and have created such an incredible experience. The party itself was a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10! Sawyer’s 5th birthday party was truly amazing. The kids had such a fantastic time. The parents were absolutely amazed and I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments the parents gave me about the party space, activities, sports, staff and food! The staff deserve a special shout out because they were simply in a league of their own. Everything from setup to breakdown of the party went smoothly. Everyone was amazing with the kids, especially Cassandra, who the kids loved playing with and couldn’t stop talking about. The food also got rave reviews from the kids and the parents. My son Sawyer said it was the best pizza he ever had, and he is a pizza connoisseur! The parents loved the food also- the focaccia, pizza, salad, pasta salad and fruit were a huge hit. Everyone was asking where the pizza came from. Thank you again for an amazing party! It is one that we will never forget!”

“We just celebrated our daughter’s fourth birthday here, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming. They greeted our guests and helped get everything set up perfectly in the birthday area. The planning process was so smooth and organized. Amy was responsive, accommodating, and made it easy to customize the party exactly how we wanted it. Every detail was taken care of, and it really showed. During the party, the staff was attentive and helpful, making sure everything ran seamlessly. At the end, they even helped us pack up and carry everything out to the car. Our daughter had the BEST time, and we heard the same from all the kids and parents. It truly was the perfect day. Highly recommend for any parent looking to throw a memorable birthday party! “We celebrated my son’s third birthday at Jumptown! He is obsessed with bounce houses and this was the perfect place to celebrate his birthday! I was worried about the bounce houses being above his level but the staff was awesome and helped the little ones around wherever was necessary. He and his 3 year old friends all had an amazing time. The staff took care of everything so I was able to relax and watch his enjoyment. They even had a very nice cupcake tower to display our cupcakes nicely which was a great touch!
