Coming to this movie theater reminded me so much of my childhood. My parents would take us to one that was similar in 82nd St and Roosevelt. I love what the movie theater represents or at least what it represents to me. It's a time stamp and a reminder that we could still have beauty without charging a arm and a leg. People are struggling and it shouldn't cost so much money to see a movie. This movie theater has very affordable prices, great combos for snacks and increΓble and friendly staff. There was a young lady today at the concession stand and it was extremely nice what she did to the family that was in front of me. She helped them a lot and that's not really something you see on a daily basis. Most people just care about themselves. Yet the young lady went above and beyond. I can't stress enough that we should shop, buy and support local business. I will most definitely come back.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Families wanting a low-pressure, affordable cinema outing away from large-format chain crowds will find this fits well for any age from toddlers up. The intimate rooms are less overwhelming for younger children. Wednesday visits maximise value. The neighbourhood feel means staff know regulars by name and treat first-timers the same way.

β€œThe last time I watched a movie here was a great experience for me, I felt at ease watching movie here and I loved their popcorn, drinks and snacks they had to offer. It was a pleasure to be there. The movie I watched from here is β€œsound of freedom.” Which was a educational movie for me and after watching that movie it made me realize the importance of law enforcement in our country, not all cops are bad after all. Id rather have a country where there is law enforcement with passion and willing to help enforcing the law than having no country and lawlessness.”

β€œThis is one of my favorite movie theaters. On Wednesdays each ticket price is $5 which is a steal. It's a smaller theater but it's less crowded thereby less noisy. There's a lot of privacy due to the small crowd especially for those who can't tolerate large gatherings. I enjoy the atmosphere of the neighborhood.”

β€œI saw the new lilo and stitch here with my daughter and her two closest fiends. Very nice movie theatre. Reminds me of the old days. But digital now. Whatever. Smaller than usual theaters. Typical movie fare with some wine in a can options. Prices are less than most other places. Great find neighbor!”
