“We had an AMAZING time at Long Island Aquarium! The aquarium is super spacious and never felt crowded, with so many interesting exhibits to explore. Everything is really well done, but the sharks absolutely stole the show — seriously SO cool to see them up close and swimming overhead! Parking is about 1–2 blocks away, just follow the signs for “Aquarium Parking.” There’s a shuttle that runs often, and the driver was incredibly friendly. We were so glad we chose that option because it was slushy everywhere, and the shuttle made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Plan for about 2 hours, which felt absolutely perfect — enough time to see everything, enjoy the exhibits, and not feel rushed at all. Fun, exciting, and 100% worth the visit. We’d definitely go back!”

“A fabulous place to go. We have been going here over 25 years since they opened. . Make sure to catch the sea lion show and beautiful butterfly exhibit! We finally got to do the boat ride which was so amazing The boat gets beached at a beach historical habitat. On the way back it was hands on learning from our wonderful guide ( I think his name was Lincoln) . who lets you touch all the creatures found in the waters there. Very informative and good for kids and families . FYI. It’s about 1 and 1/2 hours. Bathroom on board. Shout out also to the captain of the boat. Some libraries have discount tickets.”

“What a super fun place. It's a bit smaller than most aquariums we've been to, but it's packed full of amazingness. Wife and I went for Valentine's Day and had a blast. She plans to return for swimming with sharks for her birthday in April.”
