1 / 3Lower Side Water Park
đ Manhattan, NY
A small waterfront park along the East River featuring water fountains, seal sculptures, and bike-friendly paths. Best for quick water play stops during scenic rides.
Awesome!!! Kids have been running around in this park ever since we could get on bicycles--or they could get in kiddie seats on the back of one--and we could ride by and see the seals, the bridge, the water spraying (etc.) It's a beautiful pit stop on a lovely ride up and down eastern Manhattan!!!!
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families who enjoy scenic bike rides along the East River with a water play stop. The seal sculptures and fountains appeal to kids, but it's a small space better suited for quick visits rather than extended play sessions. Families with dog-fearful children or mosquito sensitivity should consider timing carefully.
