1 / 3Ninja Kidz Action Park
π East Rutherford, NY
Wall-to-wall trampolines, ninja obstacle courses, dodgeball courts, and basketball hoops in a safety-padded facility. Toddler-friendly areas available. Built by Ninja Kidz TV with birthday party packages and monthly memberships.
Yaisa at party check in was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was outstanding she was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Honestly, she set such a high standard that I wish she had been our party host. Our assigned host was nice and did their best, but unfortunately they didnβt speak Spanish, which made communication difficult for our group. Also, the party tables felt very close together, which took away a bit from the overall experience. That said, Yaisa truly stood out and made us feel welcomed right away. She is a huge asset, and I really wish we wouldβve had her as our host.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for active families with kids aged 3β12 who want a high-energy outlet. Toddler areas work well for the youngest visitors. Weekday and off-peak visits deliver a calmer, safer experience with more room to move. Staff are genuine and patient across all age groups.

βUsually a fun game of pick-up on their bouncy basketball court! Bathroom could use a little more support but likely thatβs just cuz SO MANY people come through here! This place has saved my 3 boys (and my furniture & sanity!) this winter. Staff is always quite genuine, patient, & helpful. Definitely worth a 1-2 month membership.β

βEdit number 2 - 2/12/2026 Thursday around 1pm - Made it back here and it was much better, not crowded at all. My son and his friend had a good time, they had most of the activities to themselves a lot of the time. The park was much cleaner than last time, staff was more attentive and friendly. Edit number 1 Adding a star for now because their customer service on the phone was very good. They are genuinely upset that we didnβt have a great experience and we will be giving them a second chance soon. We went on a Tuesday but many schools were not in session so it was crowded and loud. My kids are 12 and 17 and they are big kids (5β4ββ and 5β 9ββ) my 12 year old liked the dodgeball area and the balance beams where you can try to knock each other off. My 17 year old did not use anything in the park, he was afraid that he might hurt someone because there were so many very small very young children running around unattended and not following the rules of the different areas. The park felt dangerous to me, I went down the blue slide and got rug burn on both my elbows and hit my head so hard on the bumper that I had to sit down for a while to recover and still had neck pain Γ few days later. As far as the staff, some seemed overwhelmed while others seemed aloof. I am glad that I did not pay to go here because we were attending a birthday party.β

βMy 5-year-old had a blast at this indoor playground. We went on a Saturday, and it was so crowded. The place seems fun but has many areas where kids could get hurt. I found myself watching out for the spaces between the inflatable mat and the floor where kids could fall or hurt their legs. In many areas, you need to carefully watch your kids. Most parents didn't even watch their kids and let them do whatever, not paying attention to other kids around. Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but it's not a space we would have to come to when it's less crowded to enjoy some of the attractions.β
