1 / 2Northern Playground
đ Queens, NY
Large Queens playground with diverse equipment, sports courts, and picnic areas. Best suited for older children due to open layout and limited fencing near streets.
What sucks is that something was taken out, but the good thing is that it's replacement is now where someone can do any of the following: Have a good nap. Have a picnic. Play frisbee. Relax and enjoy the environment.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with older kids who can be trusted not to wander, as the open layout lacks proper fencing near streets. The spacious grounds offer great variety with playground equipment, sports courts, and picnic areas, making it ideal for longer visits and mixed-age groups. Parents of toddlers should be prepared for constant supervision due to safety concerns.

âIt's the older model park but has great space and a field as well. The water sprinkler is too old fashion and doesn't look clean. Also the basketball court doesn't have a gate so its wide open as well as half the park so you have to make sure you watch your kids or they can run into the sidewalk and street. There is also a handball court hereâ

âGreat little park to go to! It's usually very clean and nice, however the basketball hoop nets are missing and sometimes there is broken glass along the walkway.â
