This is a safe area for our children to play and have fun. As a parent, I seek decent and crime-free areas for my children to burn energy and have fun. There are many areas throughout our nation where this is not the case. I love to write so I expressed my thoughts within the following piece. Update: 07/20/25 Today, I waited until the sun was going down to take my kids to the playground so that they could enjoy some fresh air and burn some energy while having fun. As always, they enjoyed the area and had fun. It was crowded but safe. A lot of parents were out watching their kids play. Safe play: Our youth deserve the right to play outside without having to run inside to hide from bullets coming from their blindside as the spiritual blind busy shots from their ride. Cowards bust shots anywhere without a care leaving victims to stare at death as they breathe their last breath of air. Cowards get convicted and swear it ain't fair. Two families have to feel the tare. Meanwhile, the devil is making his next dare as he influence two gangs to compare their headshots so prepare for more death and despair. Put y'all arms down and put your arm up to ask a question. How can I find positive motivation? Where do I find determination? Can I still find what I need in Jesus Christ... salvation? Will people help me with my depression? There is an answer for every question so just asking, puts you in the right direction. Photographer: Roddrick Marshall Musical inspiration: Common ft. 🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood who want a safe, low-key playground close to home. The pond adds a nature element for curious kids. Not a destination park — works best as a frequent local stop rather than a cross-town trip.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Check Denver Parks and Recreation for fishing regulations at the adjacent pond
Bring snacks and water — no concessions are on-site
🎟️Mornings are the quietest time to visit before neighborhood afternoon crowds
