1 / 3Pier 25 Playground
π Manhattan, NY
Riverside playground on the Hudson featuring dedicated toddler equipment, a whale-themed climbing structure for older kids, sandbox, and a seasonal splash pad with sweeping river views.
Great playground, especially if you have small toddlers! Sometimes itβs hard to find playgrounds with equipment small enough for the littlest ones, but this one is great. Rubber grounds to run on, giant sandbox, little slides, bouncy seesaw, swings, etc. all surrounded by gorgeous views. Great spot to let your kids run a little before sightseeing or eating dinner.
π Family Action Verdict
Families with mixed-age children from infants through early teens can split across the two play zones without anyone being underserved. Toddler parents get properly scaled equipment with rubber surfacing; older kids get genuine climbing challenge on the whale structure.

βGreat playground for little ones and big kids too. It contains climbing walls and rocks and a spider frame. It has sand. They are about to open a new part in this playground. It is big playground and gets busy but it is amazing place to hang out and play. My 4 and 6 years old were super happy.β

Overview
Pier 25 Playground separates play zones by age β rubber-surfaced equipment scaled for toddlers sits alongside a large whale-themed climbing structure, spider frames, and climbing walls for bigger kids. A sandbox and seasonal splash pad round out the space. The Hudson River backdrop gives parents a scenic setting as kids play, and the pier location adds sightseeing value.
