Pony ride

“I recently took my niece and nephew to the pony ride and it was a delightful experience for the whole family! Nestled in a scenic area, this charming attraction offers a perfect outing for kids and adults alike. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were clearly passionate about their work. They took the time to ensure that the children felt comfortable and safe around the ponies, providing helmets and giving a brief but informative safety talk before the ride began. The ponies themselves were well-groomed, gentle, and clearly well-cared for. It was evident that the staff had a strong bond with the animals, which added to the overall sense of safety and enjoyment. The ponies were patient and calm, making it an ideal experience for young riders who may be new to horseback riding. The ride trail was beautifully maintained and offered a pleasant, leisurely route through a picturesque setting. The scenery was lovely, with lush greenery and well-marked paths that made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a perfect way to introduce children to the joys of horseback riding while taking in the natural beauty of the area. One of the standout features of this attraction was the interactive aspect. After the pony ride, the children were allowed to pet and feed the ponies, which they absolutely loved. This hands-on interaction added an educational element to the visit, teaching the kids about animal care and responsibility in a fun and engaging way. Additionally, the attraction had convenient facilities, including clean restrooms and a small gift shop with charming souvenirs. There was also a picnic area where families could relax and enjoy a snack or lunch after the ride.”

“My Wife and I are currently baby sitting our 3 grand kids, On 06/25/2024 we drove 80 miles one way to bring them to the pony rides. No where on the there website did it say it was closed. After arriving there we sat for 1 hour waiting for the 2pm to 430pm hours of operation. There were numerous park employees in the area not one had the courtesy to say it was closed. I have been a long time supporter of the park these actions were very disappointing try explaining that to a 4 and 6 year old in from PA.”

“I have gone every weekend and some Wendnesdays since April during the hours posted online. NEVER OPEN. Everytime I leave with a very sad toddler. Waste of time”
