Van Saun County Park

“I recently visited Van Saun County Park in Paramus and had a wonderful experience. The park offers a variety of amenities that cater to people of all ages. The playground is well-maintained, clean, and offers a wide range of play structures for kids to enjoy. There are swings, slides, climbing structures, and even a splash pad for those hot summer days. The playground is spacious, ensuring that there's plenty of room for children to run around and have fun. There are numerous picnic tables and grilling areas available, making it a perfect spot for a family gathering or a fun day out with friends. The park provides a beautiful backdrop for picnics, with plenty of shade from the surrounding trees and well-manicured lawns where you can spread out your picnic blanket. There is a dedicated dog park within the park where your furry friends can socialize and play off-leash. The dog park is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a safe environment for dogs to run and have a great time. There are separate areas for small and large dogs, ensuring that all dogs can enjoy their time at the park. Overall, Van Saun County Park in Paramus, NJ is a fantastic place to visit. “Hands down my favorite walking park to go to year round. Always a delight to go and seeing the range of wildlife. Many birds come through especially near Walden Pond during the year!! Maintenance of the park is very excellent and pleasant to picnic here.”
