My dad played here in the 1930’s and lived across the street at 4821 Avenue N. It was his playground. My grandfather had a soda fountain and candy store in the ground floor store front. My dad never stopped loving and eating ice cream until he passed in 1992

“It have a few things to offer and in the summer they have sprinkles which is good, they have like 2 play sets and that can be fun, they also have a basketball court, a wall right next to it so you can play that one sport where you hit the ball on the wall, and a big field you can use for running, and biking. The swings get taken a lot but they are fine but one swing is very squeaky so watch out for that. Over all, 4 out of 5, can use some more things to play with.”

“Great space for a quick game of basketball, handball, or just having the kids run around on the playground. In the open space, you'll normally see a few folks playing cricket or softball. Hope you enjoy!”

“Beautiful medium playground perfect for kids or if you want to take a rest of the sound of city. It’s really calm and peaceful. There some spots to parking and also a bus stop.”
