“I had my daughter’s 8th birthday party here. Our host, Kevin, absolutely exceeded all expectations. He ensured everything was perfect. Kevin was courteous, attentive to the needs of the guests (at one point he even stopped everything he was doing and ran downstairs to grab a handful of ketchup packets for one of the children, it was so sweet of him). We ordered chicken nuggets, French fries, and pizza, which were brought to the party room on time and piping hot. The staff helped decorate my dessert table while the children played downstairs. They set the tables for us. The play areas, bathrooms and floors were very clean despite the fact that there were several parties ongoing plus many regular visitors playing on the floor. 11/10 highly recommend!!”

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.. there was no line and he made it super easy to sign up. He took the time to explain everything, made sure we felt safe, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our time. When he found out my sister was pregnant, he even said “God bless” — such a thoughtful and sweet message. It honestly felt like talking to someone who cared about people, not just doing a job.
