“My kids have a monthly membership to this location and it is, hands down, a great investment. You definitely need to go more than once per month for it tp pay for itself. I would like to brag on one of their employees - Cody. Cody is a big reason my family and I maintain our membership. He is one of the kindest and professional employees we frequently interact with. I have also known him to go above-and-beyond to ensure our family is enjoying the facility and attractions. It was a great move for SkyZone to recently include GLOW Night in the monthly membership; we were disappointed at first that it was not included. The facility could definitely use some newer lights / effects for GLOW Night as they appear a bit dated.”

He allowed me to ask questions and broke everything down like a professional. I believe Skyzone has found a great spokesperson for their business. “Anybody out there as upset as I am about their pricing model and corrupt system with how they make it extremely difficult for you to cancel your membership? - Wait three days - Create an account - The system is broken. Phone doesn’t work - Emails go to junk - IF YOU CALL IN THEY WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Is this a policy across the other 300 sky zones in America? Or is it just the ownership of sky zone Nashville In Brentwood? But it’s corrupt, it’s wrong, and it needs to be changed. I had an awful experience with Andrew their general manager over the phone. Some major changes need to happen from the top down with this place. I gave it two stars because the kids enjoy jumping. But their favorite feature (mega jump) was down the last two times we went. They did give us her money back, after fighting over the phone for 20 minutes, but we will never be going back. Buyer beware!!!”
