Overall, the experience was really great. I had a good conversation with Noah. He was very upbeat, and both of my kids really liked him. He took the time to double and even triple check the harnesses, which I really appreciated. He was also cheering my boys on as they were climbing and just making them smile, and to me that is what matters most. If I had one suggestion, it would be that many of the employees seem to be high school students, so a bit more attention to language and maintaining a consistently positive attitude would go a long way, especially in an environment designed for children.
