We had a fun time. I'm older and in ok shape. Most obstacles required balance. But several required upper body strength. There's a lot of metal cables (thankfully) which can be painful if one loses balance and falls. Very challenging. Make sure you have excellent upper body strength before taking on the harder obstacles. It was awesome!!!

Best for families with children aged 7 and up who are comfortable with heights. The multi-difficulty format lets adults and older kids take on harder obstacles as younger participants stick to easier sections. Visitors with sparse upper body strength should stick to the lower levels.
