1 / 3Triassic Playground
đ Queens, NY
Free outdoor playground in Queens featuring water sprinklers, swings, basketball court, and scenic lake views. Restrooms and seating benches on-site. Toddlers enjoy the dinosaur slide; parents note the Meadow Lake trail nearby.
Usually not as busy. Sprinkler for the kids. Vendors go by with ice-cream and water. Parking is not ideal as you have to walk to playground. There are bathrooms. Lots of seating benches. Swings and basketball court. The downside is there is lots of sound from traffic. Lots of play areas for the kids. Definitely recommend.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with mixed-age children who want variety â sprinklers, court sports, and a lake trail in one stop. Toddlers gravitate to the dinosaur slide. Parents should check ground surfaces carefully as flooring shows uneven wear in spots. Traffic noise from nearby roads is noticeable.

âMy family and I have walked past this playground and had a wonderful time this was because seeing children of all ages playing on the things there. Also, that it was a pretty nice and windy day with some people walking or bicycling on the nearby meadow lake trail.â
