“The new Urban Air ownership and staff in 2026 is extremely disappointing. Chronically understaffed- climbing areas are always closed, concessions take 20+ min to get alcoholic beverage! Takes forever to check-in for members every time. No communication if the park is closed for a private events. Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to redeem any gift cards. Extremely disappointing and do not plan to renew our membership.”
