1 / 3Walnut Creek Nature Park
đ Baldwin Park, CA
A quiet residential nature park in Baldwin Park featuring a 3/4-mile paved loop trail, wooden play structure for ages 3-12, fitness stations, a stone picnic shelter, and scenic views over the San Gabriel River.
This park in at the end of a cul de sac, very secluded and private. Fun little park for young and old. The park has a 3/4 mile loop track for walking and biking. It has a nice playground area for 2 to 10 year old kids. There picnic table all around the park. Exercise areas all over the park as well. The park sign states that it closes at 4 pm but it is not so. I believe the gate closes at sunset.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids aged 2-12 seeking a quiet nature outing away from busier parks. The looped trail is manageable for young walkers, and the wooden climbing structures keep older kids engaged. Weekday mornings offer the easiest parking. Dog-friendly throughout.

âAwesome little nature park in Baldwin Park, located right in the middle of its residential area. It has a small trail walk area, some simple exercise areas, log climbing for kids from 3 to 12 years, and a picnic area. My boys love it very much.â
