đ Brooklyn, NY
Dual water and sand play zones at Pier 6 within Brooklyn Bridge Park, with Manhattan skyline views, nearby cafe and restroom facilities, and free entry. Arrives fastest before during summer months.
Really nice water park in brooklyn but as you can imagine it can be really busy during summer time. Perfect for babies and older children alike. It's located in a park, so it's easy to find toilets and picnic areas. Afterwards, it's great to stroll along the river and admire the Manhattan skyline.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children from babies through primary school age looking for free outdoor water play with a scenic riverside setting. Arriving before on summer days keeps the crowd younger and more manageable. Bring your own shade â the splash and sand zones have very sparse coverage.

âThis place is amazing and the baby loves it. On one side is the water world and on the other is the sand world. Both sides are enough for the kids to play all day đ It's just that there are fewer places for parents to sit. Overall, it's really good.â

âBest water splash area! One thing to take note that if you want to avoid older kids go before 1pm.â

âGreat little water park. Very unique. There were about 40 kids using the splash pad.â

Overview
Water Lab at Pier 6 occupies a waterfront position in Brooklyn Bridge Park with two distinct zones: a splash area and a sand play area. Both zones are large enough to keep children engaged across multiple age groups. Park restrooms and cafes sit nearby. The surrounding park path runs along the East River with direct views of the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. Shade is minimal in the play zones â particularly around the slide structures.
