We recently hosted our daughter’s 4th birthday at the Westchester Children’s Museum, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations! The staff handled every detail with care and professionalism, turning what could have been a stressful day into a smooth and genuinely enjoyable celebration for our family. Emily and Shy were outstanding. On an unprecedentedly cold day, Emily met us at the gate to help us unload and greeted us with a smile. Together, the staff set everything up efficiently, gathered and guided a very enthusiastic group of young children with remarkable skill, and made our daughter feel like a princess on her special day. Their warmth, organization, and attentiveness allowed us to be fully present rather than focused on logistics. I would enthusiastically recommend the Westchester Children’s Museum to any parent considering a birthday party venue. Emily and Shy deserve particular recognition for going above and beyond to make the day feel seamless and special! We are deeply grateful to the entire team for creating such a wonderful celebration!

From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made sure everything ran smoothly, creating an stress-free and fun-filled day for both the kids and parents. The museum itself is a fantastic space for young children, with so many engaging and interactive exhibits that kept the little ones entertained for hours. “Super great place to learn and play with kids! I babysit and I found that the kiddos loved to explore and use imaginary play here which also encouraged them to play with others especially as they are not in school yet! Gets busy on rainy days and during the Music time, and day tickets and parking are pricey, but the membership is worth it and pays for parking!”
