“We recently hosted our daughter’s 4th birthday at the Westchester Children’s Museum, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations! The staff handled every detail with care and professionalism, turning what could have been a stressful day into a smooth and genuinely enjoyable celebration for our family. Emily and Shy were outstanding. On an unprecedentedly cold day, Emily met us at the gate to help us unload and greeted us with a smile. Together, the staff set everything up efficiently, gathered and guided a very enthusiastic group of young children with remarkable skill, and made our daughter feel like a princess on her special day. Their warmth, organization, and attentiveness allowed us to be fully present rather than focused on logistics. I would enthusiastically recommend the Westchester Children’s Museum to any parent considering a birthday party venue. Emily and Shy deserve particular recognition for going above and beyond to make the day feel seamless and special! We are deeply grateful to the entire team for creating such a wonderful celebration!”
