1 / 3Wild Things Indoor Playground
📍 Lakeville, MN
Wild Things Indoor Playground in Lakeville serves kids ages 0–12 with a multi-zone layout including a ball pit, giant slide, and a dedicated 0–3 area. A private nursing room is on-site. Best visited on weekday mornings for manageable crowd levels.
Surprisingly not too busy on a blustery Friday afternoon. It was very clean and well maintained. Good value
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Strongest fit for parents with children under 6, particularly those juggling a toddler and a baby simultaneously — the compact layout keeps both in view. Families with older kids ages 7–12 may find the scale limiting. Field trips and birthday parties are accommodated.

“Brought a field trip to Wild Things Playground. The children had a blast! They loved playing on the play structure and with all the balls! The place was very clean!”

“Nice, new facility that is fun for an hour or so for kids 5 and under. However, at $15/kid, it's really overpriced for how small it is. Not enough seating during busy times and metal chairs are uncomfortable. Parking lot is also tiny.”
Chelsea Flesher
“The play spaces are fun and there’s lot of room to run around but other parents make it hard to love this place. It’s better during the week in the morning when there aren’t a lot of kids. The weekends and evenings are an absolute mess. Nobody respects the 0-3 space and parents let their older kids in there unsupervised to knock over toddlers and crawlers. Nobody cleans up after themselves, parents will bring obviously sick/snotty/coughing children and parents will walk around with shoes on in the play spaces. Do better parents.”

Overview
Wild Things is a locally owned facility purpose-built for young children in Lakeville's south metro. The layout is deliberately scaled so parents can track kids across zones without losing sight of them. A separate 0–3 soft play area exists, a giant slide and ball pit anchor the main floor, and a private nursing and feeding room is available for parents with infants. The facility is new, clean, and well-maintained. Reviewers with kids aged 1–5 report hours of sustained play.
