“I have high praise for this gym, where I was a member for four years.. The locker room, weights, pool and sauna are great. The towels are clean and comfortable. The pool is not that crowded. The facility is spacious-- with lots of weights, machines, and a full sized basketball court. I didn't take advantage of the classes, but the staff is uniformly upbeat and nice. Management was also great to deal with. They would put my membership on hold and recently, because I no longer work nearby, they cancelled my membership with grace. There were no "gotchas" or hard-sell tactics. They tried to make it work for me, but also accepted that it wouldn't and cancelled my membership while being welcoming if I changed my mind. All in all, a really nice place to workout.”

“I have been a member here on and off for over 10 years and I really love the facilities and the atmosphere. It has a nice mix of family friendly energy as well as those seeking serious athletic performance. Personally I really appreciate the necks of children, elderly, and the more serious athletic types.”
