1 / 2Funfest Mill Basin Bowl
π Brooklyn, NY
Brooklyn's largest bowling center offering 24 lanes, arcade games, and comprehensive birthday party packages with private rooms and catering options.
I really had fun here, it wasn't crowded, but I would like to see a more updated kitchen. It's outdated and not sure if it's up to standard. I felt as if I was being served by a Deli, as you're not able to take in your own food or drinks. The Bar was alright. And the Customer Service was amazing when you enter. The Bowling Ally was awesome, my favorite part.
π Family Action Verdict
This bowling alley works for families who prioritize affordable bowling over atmosphere, but be prepared for subpar service and dated facilities. Best suited for older kids who can handle heavier balls and won't be bothered by the lackluster environment. Families with disabilities should consider other venues due to reported accessibility issues.

βThis place was awesome back in the day, now I'm a bit torn about it. Being allowed to bowl in the shoes you came in seemed weird to me. The girl behind the desk lacks volume in her voice, none of us could hear what she was saying... she repeated herself twice. We bowled in lane 16. The computer system was wonky, it kept messing up our turns and scores. Finding a suitable light ball was a no go. I had to settle for a rather heavy one. This place was pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon. I miss the old gem it once was.β

βVery bad experience here. Before even putting our bowling shoes on we were harrassed, and had to stand there and argue with the owner about the ADA - Americans with Disabilities Act, and how my wife's service dog should be given equal access to the facility because she has a disability. He was very rude, as well as his staff, despite us showing him written proof of a FEDERAL LAW requiring businesses to give equal access to service animals. My wife's dog had her vest on, which is enough to be granted access. His only questions should be if she is a service animal, and what the animal is tasked and trained to do. He did not ask us any of those questions, nor did his staff, and he refused to listen to what we were saying to him. He didn't stop and allow us to bowl until we threatened to issue a complaint against him for discrimination based on the Americans with Disabilities Act. A very unnecessarily stressful experience when all we wanted to do was bowl. For anyone with a disability, or anyone who knows someone with a disability, PLEASE know your rights if you don't already. The owner of this facility attempted to tell us that service animals are only allowed in outside facilities, which is completely false. We will never go to this place and spend our money here again.β

βWe visited Fun Feast Bowling, and while the venue itself is great, the front desk attendantβs behavior was troubling. She was visibly agitated, raising her voice at us and other guests, which made the environment feel unsafe and not welcome to come back again. Many people also complained . We hope this issue is addressed for everyoneβs comfortβ
