βA bit disappointed and frustrated by the misinformation on their website. It explicitly states it is walk in only and no reservations are taken; however, when I went with my family I was told the oppositeβ that I needed a reservation. Rather than take accountability for the misleading information on their site and for the inconvenience experienced, I was given the excuse of βweβre not technologically savvy.β I think management should find a way to make sure they have accurate information on their site so as not to inconvenience anyone traveling with hopes to bowl. Just be aware if you do plan to come, they DO take reservations and in fact it seems it would even be highly encouraged you make one or else you will be asked to wait hours for a open lane or may just have to find something else to do.β
