1 / 2Gerard P. Dugan Playground
đ Staten Island, NY
Recently renovated Staten Island playground with age-appropriate sections, water sprinklers, and equipment for toddlers through older kids. Free entry with bathroom facilities.
I drive about 20 minutes to go here and it's worth it. The playground has 2 sections one for toddlers and another area for older kids. It has swings for big and little kids. It also has sprinkles, seating area and a public restroom. There is only street parking available. Behind the playground is a track and field area.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children of multiple ages who want a well-equipped playground with water features. The separate toddler and older kid sections make it ideal for mixed-age groups. Come prepared for sun exposure and be aware that play can get energetic among older children.

âSo happy they renovated this park and of course my toddler loved it. But for 3.7 million they could have added way more...a merry-go-round, see-saws and a larger new restroom.â
