There is a gated toddler playground beside a much larger play area with more advanced equipment and swings. Benches and a central rock formation provide plenty of adult seating with a view of the entire playground. Very nicely designed layout that allows families with multiple kids of different ages to play safely.

Best for families with kids spanning toddler and school-age years â the age-separated zones mean each child gets equipment sized to them. Arrive on weekdays or weekend mornings to beat post-school crowds that pack in from mid-afternoon. Bring your own snacks; no cafe on-site. Bathroom is a porta-potty, so factor that into timing for younger kids.

âHamilton Park playground was gut renovated just a few years ago. The playground itself is fantastic: swings, slides, monkey bars, picnic tables, you name it. Main issue: it gets super crowded around 2:30 pm, when neighborhood schools release the kids, and it stays crowded until about 6ish pm, 7ish, depending on the weather. Expect the playground to be seriously crowded on those nice sunny days. Splash pod is open June through mid September. Great for all-season squirell watching!â

âNice park for kid's with lots of trees. We see lots of summer camp kids recently in the play area they have laid new turf for the safety of kids.â

Overview
Hamilton Park Playground features a gated toddler section beside a full-scale playground with swings, slides, monkey bars, and new safety turf laid after a gut renovation. A central rock formation doubles as a landmark and adult seating hub with unobstructed views of both play zones. Picnic tables and benches round out the seating. Seasonal splash pad runs June through mid-September. Bathroom on-site is a porta-potty on the far side of the park.
