“Dear Life: The Place to Be Team, A year ago, Leila had a vision of a dance party that combined the traditional elements of a Sweet Sixteen with the lively atmosphere of a nightclub, where she could dance all night surrounded by the most important people in her life. Today, I am thrilled to say that Life: The Place to Be, and especially Chelsea, made this vision a reality. We've been hearing nonstop from everyone about how amazing the party was, and Leila woke up this morning thanking us for how perfect everything was. I want to express our gratitude and let you know that you all will be remembered for making this event so special. You truly knew what you were doing. I was stressed, but it's the kind of stress that comes with happy moments, like a wedding or having a baby—stressful but filled with joy. On this special day for my daughter, it was a good kind of stress, and it was eased thanks to Chelsea, who brought her touch and expertise to the event. If you are ever looking to add more vendors to your team, I would highly recommend our DJ, the photo booth operator, and the videographer. They were fantastic! Steve, from the moment we walked in, you were incredible. The entire staff—bartenders, security, everyone—was warm and friendly, and their positive energy was contagious. Thank you, Denise. Thank you, Chelsea. And thank you to the entire Life: The Place to Be team for making Leila’s Sweet Sixteen a night to remember! Steve, I remember the night before the party when you told me, "Claudia, this will be the best party for everyone to talk about." You were absolutely right—it was the best party ever! “Having our sons Bar Mitzvah at LIFE was the perfect choice. Not only did he love every minute of his party, his friends and our friends kept telling us how awesome and unique it was. To have a room full of arcades and games for cocktail hour was a serious wow factor for all those Kids, especially the boys! Then the ballroom was decorated incredibly, and ready for dancing and parting- it was a great balance and the best of both worlds! The MC and dj kept the party going till the very end! And most importantly our planner Betty didn’t miss one detail while we put the whole party together. She was so Hands on it was exactly what I needed. And then Sharon who was our day of event coordinator took care of everything for me. She was always 5 steps ahead of me!! I can’t say enough great things about LIFE! You created the most remarkable and memorable evening for us! Thank you!”
