1 / 2Sportime USA
π Ardsley, NY
Indoor family entertainment center with arcade games, laser tag, rock climbing, and bumper cars. Best for casual visits rather than organized parties.
Ample parking in an enormous parking lot walk in & your surrounded by wall to wall entertainment. Everything from batting cages to pool tables. All types of video games both old & new. Food options are pretty good pizza, burgers, fries, onion rings etc. great place to spend a few hours with the family.
π Family Action Verdict
Best suited for families seeking casual arcade entertainment rather than organized parties or sports activities. The venue appears to have significantly downsized from its original location, losing many sports amenities. Avoid for birthday parties due to poor facilities and service, but may work for a quick arcade visit with realistic expectations.

βDisappointed and Underwhelmed We hosted a party at Sportstime USA and were shocked by how little value we got for the price. The party room was bare and depressingβwhite lighting, grey walls, no decorations, no warmth. It felt more like a medical facility than a place for kids to celebrate. They donβt allow enough time to decorate, which might be fine if the space were festive, but itβs not. Even minimal wall decals or bright accents could have transformed the space. It felt lazy and thoughtless, as if the management had never considered... children. The supplies were cheapβflimsy paper plates that looked like an afterthought. For what parents pay, the setup should feel joyful, intentional, welcoming... for kids. Even basic upgrades from a discount store wouldβve made a huge difference. I felt embarrassed by the setup, as if we were hosting a party with scraps. Service was equally disappointing. When I asked for a lemonade for myself, the hostess kept pushing drinks for adults instead. Iβd already paid for the kids. Why was it so difficult to get a simple drink as the coordinator without being pressured to spend more? It felt tasteless and transactional, not hospitable at all. You can tell she had zero customer service and social skills, but i suppose that's another conversation regarding todays generation. Overall, itβs hard to imagine that anyone involved in running this venue has invested any time thinking about what makes a space feel joyful or welcoming for families.. for kids. The service and setup did not reflect the price paid, and I left feeling let down. I am convinced the high ratings were a reflection of a previous management and owner. I wouldnβt return, and I wouldnβt recommend it. Families deserve better and the value simply isnβt there.β

βA sad and depressing replacement to such a nostalgic amusement center. What once offered so much is a shell of its former self. 99% of these reviews appear to be from their original decades old location in Elmsford. They've now moved to Ardsley. I'm not positive if Sportstime USA is now sharing space with a terrible events venue, but sure does it feel that way. The space is bland. Half finished walls, all white, the rest unfinished or exposed. No color. About 1/4 the arcade machines of the original location. No batting cages. The "soft play area" is pathetically small, next to a grave yard of dead arcade machines, and they charge $15 for it. A small rock wall, also next to the soft play area, with no one manning it. Three amusement rides, one technician managing them all. No billiards, air hockey, or foosball gaming tables. Not even sure if you can call the confection area a confection area. The ticket redeeming area offers a pathetic selection of toys. I saw 2 functioning claw machines, both impossible to win. The skeeball machines are in terrible shape. It's too bad Westchester lacks many arcade alternatives. Either way, don't bother wasting your money here. Stay home.β
