“Time to pull the plug. I went today for a 3:50 show and was advised that theater 8 was "a bit cold" (she was very nice, I will say). Offered to exchange my ticket but I already made the drive and had a coat on so figured it wouldn't be so bad. Well it was bad. My hands were freezing. I have been here several times and come back for their diverse menu. I don't know what happened but there is no cocktail menu. I searched several times but it's beer and spirits. The food menu shrunk but what was absolutely unacceptable was the popcorn. They offer you a $3 Smartfood popcorn. A movie theater that sells commercial snack bags of popcorn. Very sad. I was embarrassed making so much noise rustling with the bag but it didn't matter because there was a server speaking VERY loudly with another customer. Not yelling at them at all, just normal conversation, trying to straighten something out with the order but didn't seem to care that it was disturbing the rest of us. My food came and it was fine. But I guess we're supposed to bring our own napkins. I don't think I'll be returning. This place can't be saved. It needs to come off life support. R.I.P”

“First and foremost clean theater and bathrooms. Very well kept. Customer service was horrible. Second time coming and food came out in 20m but my drinks and candies took an hour to come out. They charge you a $10 fee and you would expect service to be quick, but this is the second time it happens. I will stick to a normal theater and get food myself before I go there again. I did try to rectify the situation by getting up and getting my items but they told me there was a malfunction and to sit they would bring it. NEVER HAPPENED, I HAD TO GO ASK AGAIN!!!”

“You can't call yourself a "dine-in theater" if you can't even serve the food by the end of the movie. I should have read the other reviews before deciding to purchase a ticket to watch Zootopia 2 on the Thanksgiving weekend. Credit where it's due -- the seats were comfortable. But any good experience with the theater ends there. We ordered for 6 people. 3 of the orders arrived after 30 mins -- and these were incomplete. They served chips and salsa without the salsa (so only dried chips!) The rest of the orders NEVER arrived through the entire 90 minute movie. Incredible! I have never paid for a meal upfront and not had the food. We called for a server twice via the QR code. No server showed up for the entire time. I had to make multiple trips to the bar outside to ask about my food, and missed large chunks of the movie. After the show I had to ask for the manager and have my meal refunded, but no refund for the movie that I didn't get to watch 🤷🏾‍♂️”
