It's quite because there is a sidewalk and the park is relatively far from the car lanes. And there are maybe residential buildings, appointment complex by the park so maybe look locals are also using the park I guess. It's close to Castle Clinton national monument where you can see statue of Liberty. I like here because it provides convenient access to work and also maybe place to visit and play with family.
